We’re excited to host Gather at LITL on Thursday, November 12th, a monthly women’s circle led by Dawn Elle Davis. Dawn is a channel, healer, and transformational mentor based in Boise with nearly 25 years of experience guiding women through personal change. She’s the creator of the Eternal Self Embodiment™ methodology and co-founder of All Within, a healing and storytelling platform and podcast.

This month’s theme is "Appreciate". Dawn will share a mini teaching on a simple idea: what we appreciate, appreciates. You’ll learn how gratitude works as a way of opening up to receiving more of what you want, and how to bring it into your everyday life. The evening also includes guided breathwork and meditation to help you drop out of your head and into your body, plus real conversation with other women in the community.

It’s an intimate circle, limited to 10-12 women, so everyone has room to connect. Whether you’re a longtime member of our studio or brand new to LITL, you’re welcome in this room!
